Hello Mr. Rocketlegs
Creative people are constantly creating. Whether in the planning or making stages, they are pretty much always focused on a creative endeavor. Why? Don’t know. But I do know that making things is fun and good for the soul and more people should be making more things more of the time.
Christian is a truly creative person. He’s got a project going at all times, and sometimes what he chooses to focus on is really surprising. He’s the type that likes to figure out how to do something as he goes along, because he enjoys the process so much.
I’ve shared some of his stuff here before, but here’s a smattering of items he’s made over the past few years:
This is one of a bunch of wooden car toys he made to sell on Etsy. He put a few up and soon is moving them over to his brand new Etsy shop, Mr. Rocketlegs.
For now, he’s listed a bunch of creepy baby head sculptures he made a few years ago. Here’s one:
Before the babies, he had stints with wooden purse-making, and cherry furniture-making.
Lately he’s made….
a leather O
cement deer heads
wooden and leather-lined Yahtzee board!
a wooden egg-on-a-stand
I think I’ll make this a regular feature. It’s fun to show the work of creative people. My mind is still cloudy from being sick, so this seems like the most pathetically boring post in the universe. Hopefully Christian’s awesome stuff will make up for my lack of interestingness today.
